We are experts at setting up accounting systems to quiet the “chaos” in your business.  Our staff handles all the accounting details and gets your books done on a real-time basis.

Payroll

Payroll

Online Bookkeeping Inc offers a monthly payroll service.  We will process your payroll monthly or bi-weekly, complete and process your quarterly 941 and UI-5 reports as well as complete and process your year-end W-2’s, 940, W-3, and MW-3 reports.  This is all done for a monthly fee. There is a one time setup fee. This fee is used to setup an accounting software payroll file in our system, EFTPS, business tax reports, and Unemployment Reports.  Online Bookkeeping Inc will also help with the proper setup of all employee files and forms. We can track contractor payments, manage W9s, and prepare year-end 1099 filings.

We currently have seven (7) Accounting Software Advisors on staff.  We can do a customer setup on your Accounting Software program or fix errors made in the past.  We provide a free consultation to assess the problem(s) and give you an estimate.
